Hotels can use commercial speed ovens in breakfast areas, lounges, room service support areas, staff dining areas and compact foodservice points.

Typical products include hot sandwiches, breakfast rolls, pizza slices, prepared snacks and reheated menu items that need a repeatable serving process.

Program naming, staff training and cleaning routines are especially important when several teams use the same equipment.

Menu Categories for Hotel Operation

EOA-1S and EOA-2S both support a 7-inch touchscreen and up to 1,000 menu programs. Hotels can organize programs by breakfast, lounge, room service support, snacks, chilled products, frozen products and test menus.

Only approved programs should be used for guest service.

EOA-1S for Small Hotel Areas

EOA-1S has a 20L chamber, 220V power supply, 2.2kW hot-air power, 1.0kW microwave power and dimensions of 409 × 658 × 630 mm.

It can suit small breakfast counters, hotel lounges and compact service areas.

EOA-2S for Higher Demand

EOA-2S has a 30L chamber, 220V power supply, 3.2kW hot-air power, 2.0kW microwave power and dimensions of 580 × 610 × 720 mm.

It can suit hotels with larger products, wider menus or higher expected serving volume.

Cleaning and Guest-Facing Standards

Both models support a maximum temperature of 260°C and catalytic purification. This does not replace routine cleaning.

Hotels should keep a cleaning checklist for each shift, especially when the oven is used near guest-facing areas.
