Commercial Speed Oven for Airport Concessions

Airport concessions, terminal snack counters and transport hub foodservice points often work with limited space and changing passenger demand.

A commercial speed oven can support hot sandwiches, wraps, pizza slices, breakfast products, prepared snacks and reheating workflows when products are tested and saved as approved programs.

What Airport Counters Need

Airport teams need simple operation, clear program names and equipment that fits a compact counter layout. Different shifts should be able to follow the same product process.

Program categories can include breakfast, sandwiches, wraps, pizza slices, chilled products, frozen products and test items.

EOA-1S for Small Counters

EOA-1S has a 20L chamber, 220V power supply, 2.2kW hot-air power, 1.0kW microwave power and dimensions of 409 × 658 × 630 mm.

It can suit small airport coffee counters or snack points with focused menus.

EOA-2S for More Menu Items

EOA-2S has a 30L chamber, 220V power supply, 3.2kW hot-air power, 2.0kW microwave power and dimensions of 580 × 610 × 720 mm.

It can suit airport concessions with larger products or higher expected service volume.

Programs, Cleaning and Setup

Both models include a 7-inch touchscreen, storage for up to 1,000 menu programs, a maximum temperature of 260°C and catalytic purification.

Catalytic purification does not replace routine cleaning. For installation and electrical setup, confirm details with Jieguan and a qualified local professional before purchasing.

Customization and Support

Jieguan supports custom color, logo and interface language. The MOQ is 1 pc. Standard delivery is 7 days after order details are confirmed; customization or larger orders should be reconfirmed before payment.

Both models include a 1-year warranty and CE certification.
